Exchanges and refunds are not applicable for sale items. Please ensure your sizes and colours are accurate before placing order. We are here to help if you require any assistance on sizing.

Domestic Shipping 

We offer complimentary standard shipping to addresses within Singapore for any order made on

Delivery will be attempted within 3-5 working days*

International Shipping 

A flat fee of SGD 35 is applied on all international orders, and delivered via DHL express.

We offer complimentary express shipping on orders above SGD 200.

Please note that any associated duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer. Delivery will be attempted within 7 working days, subject to customs clearance*


We provide exchange for size that doesn't fit, within 7 days of receiving your original order. Please take note of the following in order for your orders to be valid for an exchange.

Goods are eligible for exchange only in their original condition, e.g. no traces of scents, no stains, unwashed, and complete with tags and labels etc., in their original packaging.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 7 day return policy, we reserve the right not to proceed with the exchange.


For all exchanges, the customer pays for all return freight or postal charges including duty and tax, if applicable.

All exchanges must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number.

Incorrect Items & Damaged Goods

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same item. If a replacement item is not available, customers will be given a full refund.
